We received our referral phone call on June 26, 2006 at 1:00 PM. Her Chinese name is Xu (shoo) Fan. She was born on November 23, 2005. As of March 29th. 2006 she was 12.8 pounds and 23.6 inches long.
WE RECEIVED LIBBY'S PICTURE VIA EMAIL ON June 27th. SHE'S ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE ARE IN LOVE!!!!!
